Everything is just as it should be, from the moss covered paths leading to the thoughtfully designed cottages with their stunning bathrooms through to the little touches like the port & chocolates on arrival and the not so little touches like the breakfast banquet! We knew we'd made the right choice of a place to stay on Tamborine Mountain when we found ourselves lost late at night coming from Brisbane. In the rain and fog, David came out, found us, and then led us back to one of the most relaxing and pleasurable weekends we've ever experienced during our travels. Both David and Daniela were incredibly warm and informative. They helped us discover the best the mountain had to offer, which included among many things dinner at Three Little Pigs and The Old Church. I wish there was a rating higher than five stars to give these folks.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - your accommodation at Witches Falls Cottages is directly opposite Witches Falls National Park, short walk to the village (shops, cafes & restaurants), wineries - no driving required...: Location, location, location!

... want to venture out? Take a leisurely walk to one of the three local wineries and enjoy a long lunch with a glass of wine, or walk to North Tamborine Village where you will find cafes, restaurants and shops, all withing 1km of Witches Falls Cottages.

Amble just across the road and take a trip back to nature in the Witches Falls section of the Tamborine National Park. Pristine, lush towering rainforest with a wide range of local flora and fauna including the rare Albert Lyrebird, along natural pathways. You won't get lost but you may never want to leave.

Just a short stroll from Witches Falls Cottages you can take in a beautiful Mt Tamborine sunset along with breathtaking mountain views. Our suggestion, take a bottle of local wine, some glasses, a picnic blanket and feel at ease with the world before meandering back to your private accommodation at Witches Falls and your own 'Shangri-la'.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to distillery and wineries... an amazing rainforest walking trail right across the street... and a beautiful lookout spot just a few meters up the road. David's recommendation of a bottle of wine and a sunset here was spot on, it was a highlight of our trip.
